Lincoln Continental rear air suspension!

General March 19th, 2009

Lincoln Continental rear air suspension stop working? The air suspension on your 1995 Lincoln continental broke? Lincoln Continental accessories from AutoAnything and your automobile: the way a car should be. If America’s big automakers want to recapture their competitive edge and carve a new niche in the market, perhaps they should look back to their classics-classics like your Lincoln Continental. Lincoln Continental rear doors were designed this way because they were too heavy to be front-hung, especially on the convertible models. In the mid-60s, a two-door Continental was made and it carried a bigger engine.

Lincoln Continentals are the vehicles I’ve seen the most of this on, although other manufacturers also use air suspension. They normally have 2 sensors (one for each front wheel)in front and a single sensor for the rear. Lincoln Continentals are Jewish if driven by someone over the age of 65. Skee ball is Jewish, Bowling is Goyish except as a Saturday night camp trip in the 80′s. The way to detect air leaks in air springs is to turn off the air suspension moter while the car is running(located in the truck,) turn it off and then leave the car sit overnight or leave it running and take it for a drive. It should not lose air. If one corner or area is sagging then there is a leak.

It will be perfectly drivable for a while, but evetually the air pump will go out since it is have to work more regularly just to keep air in the springs. You say your motor is kicking on randomly. If it is ramdomly and frequently, then I’d say this might be your problem. Cheaper to fix it now than later. A humped trunklid, modest taillamps in the rear fender trailing edges, and a toned-down Mark grille were stylistic links with the past, but the car was clearly aimed at a very different clientele: younger, affluent buyers who’d been defecting to high-dollar, high-status imports, a group Lincoln had never courted before. It was also a bold challenge to Cadillac’s Eldorado, which was still relatively overblown.

Tough times call for difficult thinking to save additional money.

General March 19th, 2009

In these economic times, everyone is looking for ways to save money. When the wallet become tight, money saving becomes more than a hobby. We are all looking for savings – be it when shopping, choosing a holiday, saving on insurance or just going to a different store. The internet makes it a lot simpler to save – you can visit any number of shops in a day and there are even comparison websites that will do the hard work for you.

With a weakening economy, one of the by products is that the home currency drops in power on the world market, and the Pound devalues against other world currencies – unless that economy is even weaker of course. One can still get greater value out of the FX currency market if you know where to look. Research can be all that is needed. There are many reasons one might need foreign exchange – for example you may be involved in business abroad and need to make international sales and overseas money transfers in a different currency.

You may be purchasing a property abroad as a holiday home or even leaving for good. Even if you are just going on holiday, you need to find an advantageous exchange rate. In fact, if you are seeking for overseas mortgages this may be one of the most useful measures you can take to save money.

The usual method used by those not in the know, is to use a high street bank. These busnisses will do the job in hand but these, whilst convenient and secure to the man in the street, do not provide your best option. There are specialist companies that deal in foreign exchange, buy foreign exchange at the interbank spot rate, and sell these on at a small margin. There are usually no fees or commission rates and the individual can make significant savings by using one of these forex companies.

Even when economics are good, the smart consumer will keep in mind these fund saving methods. You can save thousands or more a year just by being that little bit smarter. Keep an eye on financial news, and see if things improve – though I think it is likely to be several years before we see a big change and we can relax from an economic standpoint.

Creative Real Estate Strategies For 2009 – Part 1

General March 19th, 2009

With the real-estate bubble burst, the current economy and all of us struggling just to get by are there really any real estate investing strategies that will be profitable in 2009?

I think there are at least two. In this article you’ll learn about Joint Venture Faciliation (JVF) deals.

What is joint-venture facilitation as it relates to commercial real estate investing?

Well in a nutshell, you get owners of PRIME commercial land to literally give you a piece of ownership just for helping them find someone to develop their property.

Why would this do this? So that they can make a much higher profit than if they sell. You see when the property is fully developed and sold or refinanced it will be worth much more than it is as just vacant land.

And the other side of the coin is the developer. You give the developer the right to build and they complete the project.

Then when the property is sold all three of us get a cut of the deal. Nice uh!?

So everyone wins.

  • The developer wins by being able to develop without paying for the land and getting a cut of the profit generated.
  • The land owner wins by getting much more than they originally thought they would for their property with a cut of the profit from the fully developed deal.
  • And you win by putting the two together and getting a cut of the profits as well.

How cool is that for a real-estate deal?

The only place I’ve heard of this incredible strategy is from Jason Gilbert at the Commercial Training Institute. You can read more about his brand new home-study course and my extremely limited $1 million dollar bonus right here: Commercial Millions <– Click Here
