As years passed by, the church has already been reconstructed except for the doors, which still has the original wood carvings. In addition, the style of the church has a great resemblance with that found in Dalaguete, which consists of exaggerated paintings. The Spanish colonization has greatly influenced the infrastructures, which is apparent in the kind of designs depicted on their works.

Interior Appearance

Several artifacts are found in the church, which include 20 brass- made angels. Mural painting is overlaid over the ceilings, which was made by the two great muralists namely Canuto avila and Reynaldo Francia who had equal share of the ceiling. The painting exemplified St. Michael, its patron saint who won the fight against Lucifer, the fallen angel on half portion of the ceiling while, the other side with scriptural displays such as angels. Inside the church you can find the seminary, a two- storey convent and a bell suspended in a tower. You can also find a choir garret with an organ and other musical instruments, which are no longer used.

Exterior Facade

Thought to be the only one in Philippines with Capilla Posas; small chapels situated at the four corners outside the church. These are like those shrines found in Mexico where devotees pause to say prayers throughout the procession. As a frontier, the capillas are surrounded by a fence that show 14 Stations of the Cross etched on it. The whole church and the rest of the other erected structures are enclosed by a stone wall that has four gateways.

Present Status

With the present Mayor together with his staff, the entire town of Argao including the St. Michael church has experienced series of developments. Although despite all the transformation, the church is still considered as one of the well- resourced church in the province particularly in the South area. This is so because; they want to preserve the Spanish touch of the structure as much as possible by retaining its historical value.

After- swim shrinkage in the male genitals is a problem that has occupied some of the great minds of our time. in the water, DT’s or Budgie smuggler style swimware are a primary culprit- they loudly put out the wearer’s size, shape and religion even if they’re dry, but when wet lycra meets a chilly, squashed lunchbox afer a blood- draining swim or a cold snap, the resulting “frightened turtle” effect can be a true seaside tragedy.

About Home Gym Equipment

General January 10th, 2010

There is so much choice when you are considering home gym exercise equipment , it can be overwhelming.

Here is a checklist of what to consider before you purchase.

1. What are your fitness targets?

Individuals have different fitness tragets and this will influence the type of exercise equipment that you need. The most common excuses for working out are to lose weight, to build muscle or to lower your risk of certain health conditions.

Many people will have more than one of these goals in mind but your home gymnasium will be best equipped if you are clear about which of these motivations is most important to you and concentrate on it. Your workout will be more effective that way, too.

Find out more personal fitness information.

2. How much should you spend?

Fitting out a home gym can be costly and most people will sometimes have to trade off quantity and quality in some way. By this I mean that you may have to choose between having a greater variety of gym equipment, or having high quality home gym equipment. Making these choices will be easier if you are very sure about your budget and how much you want to spend.

3. How much space do you have?

Before you purchase anything, you need to think where to put it! Again, not an issue perhaps if you have a huge house with a big room that you can equip to your hearts content, but most of us have some restrictions on how much room is available.

Gym equipment can be big and bulky and often it looks smaller in the store. So take a tape measure when you go to the store or check sizes at the online home gym retailers before you order.

If you have some squared paper, you can draw out a plan of your home gym space and check exactly what will fit into it. Planning out your gym in this way can be a big help when it comes to making buying choices.

4. What type of work-out is best for you?

Your fitness goals will come into play again here and also how much time you have available. Some types of equipment will give faster results than others, but they may not be the results that you seek.

You also need to consider what type of exercise you enjoy. You may have a friend who had great results from an exercise bike, for example, but if you hate using a static bike then it might not be the best thing that you could buy.

If you have been practicing in a local gym you probably have a good idea of the workout that suits you best and what equipment is needed for it. If not, you might think about taking out a trial membership before you go ahead and start to order your home gym equipment.
