What is your point? That they don't work? If so, beg to differ. Yes, it is true that there is a turnover of members in many groups, however your percentage figures seem out of whack. But structured business networking is like any endeavor... you get results by putting in effort, building relationships (which take time,) and being good at what you do. Small business, our nation's biggest source of revenue, is being bombarded a bad economy -- and there aren't any bail-outs for us. The most economical use of my marketing dollars has been to get involved in a motivated networking leads organization. Give it effort and time and you will see your business grow. I sure have. I totally agree than mederation and persistence are the key. If you go too hard your first time exercising you'll be in pain and won't continue. Long workouts are also motivation killers which is why I use interval training 3 times a week to get my flat belly back.
