I could envision where this was leading right off. Nathan, my little man, and Liberty, my little princess, were both in moms face about crashing with us tonight, and there was only room for one of them. As a matter of principle, we didn’t like either one of them to sleep with us on a regular schedule, and in this situation, we were attempting to practice what we said.

Nate, who was five now, had completely got to the place where he was not hurrying to our room on a weekly schedule. Liberty, on the other hand, who was just turning four was having a authentic troubling time not crawling in bed with us every evening. Now , don’t misunderstand me, I deeply care for my children, but I had real convictions about what you relate to your children when you let them sleep with you after a certain age and both of them where already beyond that age. It brings tears to my face to see these moments, really.
