Mural painting is overlaid over the ceilings, which was made by the two great muralists namely Canuto avila and Reynaldo Francia who had equal share of the ceiling. The painting exemplified St. Michael, its patron saint who won the fight against Lucifer, the fallen angel on half portion of the ceiling while, the other side with scriptural displays such as angels. Inside the church you can find the seminary, a two- storey convent and a bell suspended in a tower. You can also find a choir garret with an organ and other musical instruments, which are no longer used.

Exterior Facade

Thought to be the only one in Philippines with Capilla Posas; small chapels situated at the four corners outside the church. These are like those shrines found in Mexico where devotees pause to say prayers throughout the procession. As a frontier, the capillas are surrounded by a fence that show 14 Stations of the Cross etched on it. The whole church and the rest of the other erected structures are enclosed by a stone wall that has four gateways.

Although despite all the transformation, the church is still considered as one of the well- resourced church in the province particularly in the South area.
